·        CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

Our highly skilled team will configure the function and form of the client’s specific product or service through the use of interactions, processes and strategies to construct the best possible solution, and then design a process control system to operate, monitor and manage to a client’s specific requirements

·        MANUFACTURING

o   Design, manufacturing and installation of motor control centres (MCC’s) and PLC Control panels

·        INSTALLATION

o   We conduct on site installations with as little interruption of production as possible.  We provide our clients with a detailed roll-out plan and accommodate the industry timetable as much as possible to minimize the inconvenience and prevent loss of production where possible.

o   We also cater to the upgrading of existing process control systems, including both hardware and software, as well as re-design of current systems to optimize production.  This process will include the training of staff in the use of any new system or upgrade.

·        COMMISSIONING

The final stage in the implementation of a process control system is commissioning.  During this phase we conduct a detailed handover to the client, which includes detailed technical drawings and documentation, to ensure full understanding of the new integrated system.

Standby Generation

With power reliability being a variable that can critically affect all industries, standby generation ensures an uninterrupted production schedule.  We provide standby generation solutions for domestic environments, as well as large scale industrial applications, which includes the generator, all cabling and automatic switchover systems.

·        DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

To supply the client with the most efficient system, essential load measurements are assessed and calculations are done to determine the most efficient generator capacity required. The client also has the option for open air or sound proof systems, depending on design, size, placement and other individual requirements.

·        AUTOMATIC TRANSFER CONTROL

To minimize any inconvenience and switch over time between the main power supply (ESCOM) and standby power, we offer the following:

o   ATS SYSTEM

This is a changeover system that automatically switches between the main power supply and the standby power, without any human intervention required.

o   HMI (Human Machine Interface)

This is a pre-programmed touchscreen that provides the client with access to the generator’s parameters and enables them to run fault monitoring diagnostics.

                Full installation of hardware and software and handover is done on site.

 

Instrumentation Calibration & Certification

To keep production at an optimal level with minimal faulty output, it is important to ensure all instruments are functioning correctly and accurately, to product specifications.

·        We provide instrumentation calibration and certification according to SANAS standards

·        Calibration and certification can be done across industries and includes, but is not limited to the following:

o   Temperature probes & transmitters

o   Pressure sensors & transmitters

o   4 to 20 mA loop callibrations

Power Factor Correction

To maximize efficiency and increase cost saving, load measurements are conducted and calculations done to determine the power correction requirements.

The purpose of the process is to increase cost saving.  Current energy consumption costs are used to calculate future savings and to estimate the payback period of initial cost investment in the system.

We provide the client with the complete assessment, design, manufacturing and installation of the power factor correction system.
